Strategy Sessions
Single Strategy Session | Annual Strategy Package
starting at $600
Does it feel like you’re always starting a new to-do list, but never finishing them? Does it feel like each week or month you have to sit down reprioritize? Does it feel like you always have ideas, but never seem to get to them?
If that sounds like you’ve spent too much time trying to plan, but not enough time to strategize. A plan typically involves the short-term steps to get from point A to point B, whereas a strategy develops the framework on how several plans work together in the long run to accomplish a goal. A well-developed plan includes both.
These sessions are intended to help you gain clarity, set a vision, and determine actionable next steps to achieve your goal. I’ll work with you to audit the current state of your business and develop a strategic plan to move forward.
what to expect
01.Initial call
We’ll talk through how you’ve been doing things, where you are, where you want to go, and your long term goals. Here we establish your vision, priorities, and set the framework for planning.
02. audit
I’ll work through our notes from the initial call and audit your current process. What things worked? What things failed? What areas are under represented? What areas are underrepresented?
03. Strategy Plan
I’ll walk you through a fully documented strategy plan that outlines exactly how to achieve your vision! We’ll meet to go over what this looks like and any necessary adjustments.
